Sean Savage and his wife Kristie came from Fort Myers, Florida with a dream to open a unique bakery and cafe in the finest European tradition, providing an exceptional dining experience with a reasonable cost.

The result is The Crusty Croissant which opened in March of 2008 to incredible reviews, crowds and overwhelming acceptance by Brookside.

Some of the highlights include patio dining, a popular favorite in Brookside, as well as private dining with reservations for 25 or less guests.
